BF co-builds “Key Laboratory of Genetic Metabolism Research”

In the morning of July 3rd, 2019, at the Occupational Safety and Health Research Center of the National Health Commission, Baofeng Biotech(Beijing) Co., Ltd. joined hands with the Occupational Safety and Health Research Center of the National Health Commission to hold the opening ceremony of "key Laboratory of genetic Metabolism Research (Co-Construction)". Leaders of the Occupational Health Center, representatives of both sides, such as Baofeng Biological CEO Chang Tingting and CTO Dr. Chen Xianyang, as well as media workers jointly participated in the ceremony.

The laboratory was also officially launched on the same day, and will gradually carry out blood concentration detection and multi-level integrated analysis of cardiovascular, endocrine, thoracic, urology, neurosurgery and neurosurgery to complete the accurate diagnosis of genetic metabolic diseases.

Secondly, the laboratory will also be based on the development of clinical testing of nervonic acids and increase the sample size to complete the screening of early screening markers for AD (Alzheimer's disease), PD (Parkinson's disease) and MS (multiple sclerosis). In addition, the laboratory will, adhering to the purpose of the Occupational Safety and Health Research Center of the National Health Commission "serving the government, enterprises and society", make every effort to do a good job in the research on the prevention and control of occupational diseases of the nervous system and the technical services of occupational health, to make greater contributions for production safety and occupational safety and health.

The Occupational Safety and Health Research Center of the National Health Commission was formerly known as the Institute of Occupational Medicine of the Ministry of Coal Industry. The original purpose of the institute was to perform better in the prevention and control of occupational health and occupational diseases in the national coal system. After 30 years of development, it has become a public welfare scientific research institution integrating occupational disease prevention research, medical treatment, teaching and occupational health technical services, and has an important influence in the field of occupational safety and health. It is an institution directly under the National Health Commission. Director Zhang of the Center first affirmed the professional strength of Baofeng Biotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in nervonic acid extraction, research and development and nervous system metabolism research, and said that he would give full play to the professional advantages of occupational disease prevention and control research and technical services and work hand in hand with Baofeng Biotech to promote the progress and development of human health.
