The release of this research paper underscores the global recognition and attention garnered by Beijing Bao Feng's investigation into the Nervonic acid extract of Acer truncatum Bunge Seed. The research findings presented in this study are the result of a collaborative effort between the research team at Beijing Bao Feng and the research team at the Children's Hospital of China Medical University. In July 2023, these two teams jointly published a paper in the prestigious scientific journal "Food & Function," classified within the top tier of international journals. Subsequently, in September 2023, the same research teams published the paper in "Communications Biology."
